Pre-registering for this course notifies work2future that you intend to take this course if it is offered. Courses will be offered provided a sufficient number of currently enrolled customers have pre-registered their interest. Final registration for courses will be conducted through a work2future training specialist.

Course Description: The construction technology program introduces various careers available within the construction industry with an emphasis on apprenticeships and career pathways.  You will be introduced to green construction; the rapidly evolving field of designing and constructing buildings that are healthier, more sustainable, environmentally friendly, comfortable, and conserve energy and water.  You will learn foundational construction skills and safety standards that will prepare you for possible entry into apprenticeship programs and employment in the construction industry.  A Workforce Institute Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of the program.
